This past May, en route to Scottsdale for business, I had a conversation with the flight attendant about the terrific real estate opportunities there are and that he had just closed on his new home.  He saide he had "the best" agent and along with a glowing recommendation, gave me Ginger's business card.  My husband and I never considered a second home before but after doing a little "homework" that night in the hotel and seeing some enticing listings, I decided to call Ginger the next morning.  Ginger was immediately friendly, helpful and informative and knowing that we only had a few days in Scottsdale, adjusted her schedule to accommodate us.  It was not only due to her professionalism and experience that we were able to target the type of homes we would be interested in, as well as quickly eliminate those that didn't fit our needs.  Through a rather fast paced process and Ginger "flexing" her schedule, we were able to find a wonderful home and had a signed contract in 5 days and a closing in 45.  None of this would have been possible had it not been for Ginger's extensive knowledge of the market, her attention to detail and her passionate determination to find the right home, just for us. We now not only have a great home and real estate agent in Scottsdale, but a friend as well.
